Terms of Use
Last updated:
These terms are a short, plain agreement between you and RRR. Please read them before you use the service.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of RRR at triple-r.app: the website, the waiting list for the beta, and the app (the “service”). By joining the waiting list, creating or using an account, or using the service, you agree to them. If you use RRR on behalf of a company or a client, you confirm that you may accept these terms for them.
RRR is operated from Egypt. When our company is registered, this page will name it.
If you took part in the beta under the beta terms you accepted at sign-up, those terms apply together with these. If they differ about the use of your images, the beta terms you accepted apply.
2. What RRR does
RRR uses AI to turn model views and renders into presentation images for architects and interior designers, and to keep the shots of one space consistent. Images and edits are generated by AI models run by third-party providers.
RRR is in beta. Features, limits, models and prices can change, and anything marked “coming soon” does not exist yet. Access is currently by invitation, and joining the waiting list does not give you access or buy a plan.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and use RRR for professional work.
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us at once if someone else uses it.
- An account is for one person. Plans with several seats will be offered later; until then do not share an account.
- Do not create several accounts to get more free credits.
4. Your content
“Your content” means what you upload or write in RRR (views, renders, references, materials, briefs, notes) and the images RRR generates for you from it (“outputs”). You keep your rights in your content. We do not claim ownership of outputs; as between you and RRR, you may use them as set out in these terms.
The ratings and notes you give, and the quality scores, cost and usage figures that RRR records for each render together with the text instructions behind it (“quality records”), are feedback and operating data about RRR, not your content. You agree that RRR may keep quality records, without the images, even after you delete the images or your account, to measure and improve RRR, to run the service and to account for its cost. When your account is deleted they are detached from you and their free text is removed, as the Privacy Policy describes.
You give RRR a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process and send your content, including to the AI model providers, only to provide, secure and support the service for you, and for the further uses you separately agree to (for example the beta quality review).
You promise that you have the right to upload your content. Architects often work with client models, drawings and third-party renders: make sure you have the permission and any confidentiality clearance you need.
We will not publish your content, show it to others, or use it in marketing without your written permission for each item. We do not use your content to train AI models: never on paid plans, and on other accounts only with your separate permission.
5. Using the results
AI results can be wrong or differ from what you asked for. Check the geometry, materials, dimensions and details of every result before you show it to a client. RRR does not replace your professional judgment, construction drawings or material schedules. Consistency across shots is a goal you review, not a guarantee.
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Studio): you may use outputs commercially, including in presentations to your clients and in the marketing of your own work, subject to the law, the rights of others in the material you uploaded, and the terms of the model providers.
Free plan: outputs carry an RRR watermark and are for evaluation. You may not use them commercially unless we agree in writing, and you must not remove or hide the watermark.
During the beta, the usage rights of your account are those of its plan, or as we tell you in writing when we invite you.
6. Credits, plans and payment
- RRR works with credits. A credit is a unit of use, not money: credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. Beta credits and rating rewards are not refundable.
- Plan credits renew every month and do not roll over. If a render fails, its credit is returned to you.
- A credit pack is valid for 3 months from the day you buy it, and the credits left in it then expire. Buying another pack does not extend an older one.
- Paid plans and credit packs are not open yet. Before you can pay, we will show the price, the billing period, taxes and the refund terms, and we will update these terms. We do not store card details: a payment provider handles them.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use RRR to:
- break the law or infringe someone else's rights;
- upload or create sexual content involving minors, or content meant to harass, defame or deceive, including realistic depictions of real people without their consent;
- upload content you have no right to use, or personal data of others you have no right to share;
- bypass limits, plan rules or the watermark, or abuse free credits;
- probe, overload or attack the service, scrape it, or reverse engineer it;
- resell access to RRR.
We may remove content and suspend or end an account that breaks these rules.
8. Third-party services
RRR relies on third parties for hosting, data storage, AI models, email and, later, payments. We may change models or providers at any time, which can change results. We are not responsible for outages or changes at third parties beyond our reasonable control. The Privacy Policy says who they are.
9. Beta and availability
RRR is provided “as is” while in beta. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every render will succeed. We may limit usage, run maintenance, change or remove features, or end the beta, and will give notice when we reasonably can.
10. Our rights
RRR, its software, design and brand belong to us and our licensors. These terms give you the right to use the service, nothing more. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve RRR without owing you anything; feedback does not include your images.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using RRR at any time, and ask us to delete a project or your account and its data by writing to hello@triple-r.app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, abuse the service, or if the law requires it. When an account ends, your content is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy and quality records stay as described in “Your content”, so download what you need first.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, RRR gives no warranty that results are accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost business, or for decisions you or your clients make from the results.
Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to what you paid RRR in the 12 months before the claim (for a free account, to the extent the law allows, nothing). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
13. Changes
We may update these terms, for example when paid plans open. For material changes we will tell you by email or in the app before they apply. If you keep using RRR after that, you accept the new terms; if you do not agree, stop using it and ask us to delete your data.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction, without taking away any mandatory rights you have where you live.
15. Language
These terms are published in English and Arabic. The English text is the reference; if the two differ, the English text prevails.
